I'm Eliza Trinity Xu — background in tech operations and account management, not software development. I don't write code from scratch. What I do is spec things clearly, review what gets built, and push back when it's wrong. Solution architect, not plumber.

My proof of concept is Revealed Insight, an AI-powered faith-content platform I built solo: a 10+ stage pipeline that turns a raw sermon recording into a published, structured study note, plus a YouTube publishing pipeline behind it. Built without writing the code by hand — every stage of it spec'd, reviewed, and shipped through Claude Code.

Right now, I am working as a Digital Innovation Consultant. This site documents what I'm learning along the way — the AI leverage playbooks, the build logs, the costs, the failures — as groundwork for launching a one-person AI/digital-innovation agency.
